It gives ordinary people direct ownership of the world's most critical resource before governments and institutions lock it all down. This is the only way to stay safe — financially and physically."
Gates revealed that he has personally directed individuals within his network toward the initiative, and confirmed that the World Water Reserve is set to be publicly announced on September 28, when world leaders are expected to collectively commit over $500 billion to the framework.
The World Water Reserve is already listed and available on Coinbase under the ticker WWR. Officials close to the matter say early holders are positioned to see exponential gains once the global announcement goes live.
